Improving Movement Movement is the foundation of what we do, if you don’t move well you won’t perform to your full potential! This hands-on workshop is designed to give you an understanding of the principles of improving movement. It will show you selection useful mobilizations, tools and stretches that you can use efficiently to improve the most common movements seen in CrossFit.
Strengthening Movement Have you ever wondered how top athletes become top athletes? How to increase training volume and reduce the chance of injuries? This part of the workshop is designed to show how build a solid strength base for the already mobile athlete. You will be shown a series of useful exercises that you can apply to your training to improve strength and help manage injuries. We will also discuss injury reduction and pain management, two crucial areas to improve longevity of training.
