Οι υπεύθυνοι του Cyprus Throwdown 2015 που διοργανώνεται υπό την αιγίδα του CrossFit Cosmos ανακοίνωσαν τα προκριματικά Workout που θα εκτελέσουν οι συμμετέχοντες με στόχο τη πρόκριση στη τελική φάση της διοργάνωσης. Τα προκριματικά Workout είναι:
Qualifier WOD CY15.1
RX/Masters 35-39/Masters 40+
Complete as many reps as possible in 3 min of:
10 Thrusters 95/75 lbs
10 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
If 60 reps are completed in under 3 min time extends to 6 min
If 120 reps completed in under 6 min time extends to 9 min etc.
Scaled
Complete as many reps as possible in 3 min of:
10 Thrusters 75 lbs
10 Burpees over the bar
If 60 reps are completed in under 3 min time extends to 6 min
If 120 reps completed in under 6 min time extends to 9 min etc.

Complete the following for time:

20 Burpees over the bar
