Cross Battle 2014: Τo 3o WOD των κατηγοριών Fitness-Elite

In 7 minutes:
- Run 800m
then, remaining time AMRAP
- Ladder 1/1, 2/2, 3/3, 4/4,…..
- Shoulder to Overhead
- Toes 2 bar (Knees to Elbows for the women)
NOTES:
The score is maximum rounds / reps completed in the ladder.
WOD 3 Elite
In 8 minutes:
- 150 DU (100 DU for the women)
then, remaining time AMRAP
- 15 Jump over Box, 60cm/50cm
- 7 Hang Squat Clean, 70kg/50kg
- 9 Burpees over Bar
NOTES:
The score is maximum rounds / reps completed in the time remaining after the DU.
