Με απόλυτη επιτυχία ολοκληρώθηκε το ATP Olympic Lifting Seminar που πραγματοποιήθηκε το Σαββατοκύριακο 1-2 Νοεμβρίου 2014 στο Reebok CrossFit Primal.

Εισηγητές του σεμιναρίου ήταν οι Βελλιανίτης Δημήτρης και Τραστογιάννος Χρόνης οι οποίοι σε 8 διδακτικές ώρες ανέλυσαν στους συμμετέχοντες την σπουδαιότητα του αθλήματος της Άρσης Βαρών, τα λάθη που προκαλούν τραυματισμούς, τον εξοπλισμό αλλά και τους κανόνες του αθλήματος. Στη συνέχεια ακολούθησε θεωρία και πρακτική στις 2 κινήσεις Αρασέ και Επολέ Ζετέ.

ATP-OLY-LIFTING

Οι συμμετέχοντες του σεμιναρίου είχαν την ευκαιρία να διδαχθούν μέσα από θεωρία και πρακτική εξάσκηση τα μυστικά της Άρσης Βαρών και να επωφεληθούν από την εφαρμογή των τεχνικών.

Ανάμεσα στους παρευρισκόμενους βρέθηκε και ο Ολυμπιονίκης του Πεκίνου Κώστας Γκαρίπης.
