The Greek Throwdown 2017: Ανακοινώθηκαν τα προκριματικά Workout

Η μεγάλη στιγμή για την έναρξη της προκριματικής φάσης του The Greek Throwdown 2017 έφτασε. Οι διοργανωτές ανακοίνωσαν τα 3 Workout που καλούνται να εκτελέσουν οι συμμετέχοντες με στόχο ένα εισιτήριο τον Ιανουάριο στα τελικά. Οι δηλώσεις συμμετοχής θα διαρκέσουν ως τις 8 Δεκεμβρίου. Τα 3 Qualification WOD είναι τα εξής:
Qualification Workout 1 – “Unbreakable” – presented by CROSS CREW
27-21-15-9 Unbroken thrusters For Time
Time cap 7 min
- ELITE Men/Women RX – 40/25 kg
- MASTERS 35-39 Men/Women 35-39 – 40/25 kg
- MASTERS 40+ Men /Women 40+ – 40/25 kg
- SCALED Men/Women – 30/20 kg
- TEENS -18 Boys/Girls – 25/15 kg
*5 sec penalty for each NO-REP
*In case a set is broken, the athlete must repeat it
* While in a set, the athlete can rest in a front rack or an overhead position, Any other position or a drop on the bar is considered a NO-REP
*Athletes can drop the bar, between sets
Qualification Workout 2 – “Flying Ladder” – presented by SCN
AMRAP 8 min
1 squat snatch
2 burpees box jump over
2 squat snatch
4 burpees box jump over
3 squat snatch
6 burpees box jump over
…
…
Follow the same pattern until the 8 min
- ELITE Men/Women RX – 60/40kg, 60/40cm (no touch jump)
- MASTERS 35-39 Men/Women 35-39 – 50/35kg, 60/40cm (no touch jump )
- MASTERS 40+ Men /Women 40+ – 45/30kg, 50/40cm (no touch jump)
- SCALED Men/Women, 40/25kg – 50/40cm (athletes can touch the box if the want)
- TEENS -18 Boys/Girls, 30/20kg – 50/40cm athletes can touch the box if the want)
Qualification Workout 3A+3B – “Metcon’s Butterfly” – by GEAR UP & REAL GREEK PROTEIN
6 minutes running clock
WORKOUT 3A) 0-4 min row for meters (1m = 1rep)
WORKOUT 3B) 4-6 min c2b/pull ups for max reps
- ELITE Men/Women – chest to bar
- MASTERS 35-39 Men/Women – pull ups
- MASTERS 40+ Men /Women – pull ups
- SCALED Men/Women – pull ups
- TEENS -18 Boys/Girls – pull ups
