Μόλις μια εβδομάδα απέμεινε για την έναρξη μιας από τις μεγαλύτερες διοργανώσεις στην Ευρώπη. Οι διοργανωτές ανακοίνώσαν τα 4 Workout της τελικής φάσης του The Athlete Games. 

Τα Workout είναι τα εξής:

The Athlete Games Finals WOD 1

INDIVIDUALS | MASTERS 35-39
4 rounds for time of:
10 Front Squats 70/47.5kg
15 Toes-to-bar
Run 1 lap of the arena

MASTERS 40-44
4 rounds for time of:
10 Front Squats 60/42.5kg
15 Toes-to-bar
Run 1 lap of the arena

MASTERS 45+
4 rounds for time of:
10 Front Squats 50/32.5kg
15 Toes-to-bar
Run 1 lap of the arena

There is a 10 minute time cap on this workout.

The Athlete Games Finals WOD 2 – ‘The Total’

INDIVIDUALS | MASTERS 35-39 | MASTERS 40-44 | MASTERS 45+
1 rep max squat, press and deadlift.
A) 4min Squat
B) 3min Press
C) 5min Deadlift

Score is total weight lifted

The Athlete Games Finals WOD 3 – Concept 2 Sprint Duathlon

INDIVIDUALS | MASTERS 35-39 | MASTERS 40-44 | MASTERS 45+
As many rounds as possible in 9 minutes of:
300m Row
300m Ski erg

Score is total distance

The Athlete Games Finals WOD 4 – ThrAmanda

INDIVIDUALS | MASTERS 35-39
For time
9-7-5 of:
Thrusters 75/50kg
Muscle-ups

MASTERS 40-44
For time
9-7-5 of:
Thrusters 60/40kg
3-2-1
Muscle-ups

MASTERS 45+
For time
9-7-5 of:
Thrusters 45/30kg
9-7-5 (male) 3-2-1 (female) of:
Ring-dips

There is a 6 minute time cap on this workout

Μετά την ολοκλήρωση του 4ου Workout οι καλύτεροι 50 Individuals, 12 Masters της κατηγορίας 35-39 και 40-44 και οι καλύτεροι 6 της κατηγορίας 45+ θα προκριθούν για να εκτελέσουν το WOD 5.
